Cindy Timmerman is a Murfreesboro native and has been in Real Estate and Property Management since 1999 when she started working with her mother at JS Properties, LLC.

Cindy helps facilitate the seamless management of over 150 rental units all over Middle Tennessee. She guides prospective tenants through the process of acquiring suitable housing and ensures competent, timely property management services for property owners and investors.

In the ’80s, Cindy started building custom cabinets and installing them prior to working as a machine operator at Bridgestone for 10 years. This experience opened her eyes to the joy and satisfaction that hard work and seeing a goal through to the end can bring to others.

Mitchell Smith knows what it takes to keep a property in the best condition possible. There needs to be a trusted network of quality vendors you can depend on to have your back.

He helps manage over 150 rentals across Middle Tennessee, supporting each person and property with reliable, responsive care. Our simple tenant application and property owner onboarding processes ensure we understand and meet your needs every step of the way to properly maintain your property.

Mitchell has been both a renter and owner. This experience, paired with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and technology, amplified his natural knack for learning, adapting, and troubleshooting any problem. Drawn to the endless possibilities of fixing up investment properties, Mitchell started buying, renovating, and selling or renting out his own properties in 2007. Now he loves empowering others to do the same.

Donald Corley is a native of Rutherford County and a graduate of Riverdale High School. Donald is the owner of Corley Electric where he's been an electrical contractor in the residential and commercial business for over 38 years.

Donald has built homes throughout Rutherford County and has owned his own rental and investment properties for over 20 years.

In 2006 he received his Real Estate Affiliate Broker's License. He and his wife Rose Mary currently reside in Cannon County and have two children, Dillon and Drew.
