  • Specific information about a rental property, including monthly rent, initial deposit, amenities, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, if it’s pet-friendly, etc. can be found on the rental listing. You can find our rental listings here.

  • Rent payments only cover the monthly rent. Utilities, such as electricity, water, and gas, are separate.

  • Yes! Please contact us to schedule a showing. You can view our properties here.

  • The total household income has to be 3 times the rent amount. We verify employment and rental history. We also run a credit report and background check.

  • You can apply for a property you see on our rental listings or click this application link.

  • The application fee is $50 per person on the lease. It can be paid online at the time of filling out the application.

    If for some reason you do not get the property you are applying for, then that application and fee can be used for another property.

  • The property is ready to move in as soon as we can process your application and get it approved.

  • We send you a login for the Tenant’s Portal where you can manage online payments. You can also stop by our office and drop off rent payments in the form of cash, money order, or checks.

  • Maples Property Management is located at Maples Realty & Auction Co. at 2245 Keeneland Commercial Blvd, Murfreesboro, TN 37127.

    We’re open 8 am to 5 pm.

  • We will send you a link to create a login for the Tenant’s Portal. This is where you can submit a maintenance request.

  • Rent is due on the 1st of each month. To avoid a late fee, please remember to pay on or by the 1st of every month.

    If you miss the deadline, your late fee will be posted to the Tenant’s Portal.

  • Generally, you are responsible for all lawn care, unless otherwise noted in the listing or during the approval process.
